Terms and Conditions
- FREE DHL 1-DAY SHIPPING on all orders over $200 (except for additional shipping charges associated with steak seasoning). Please do not add additional express shipping for orders over $200.
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders under $200 (except for additional shipping charges associated with steak seasoning). Free shipping is by USPS (5-7 days).
- Gift card orders are processed and shipped the next business day after purchase. No orders will be processed, shipped or delivered on Saturday or Sunday. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is by way of the US Postal Service and there is no delivery date guarantee. Don't forget to purchase DHL Air delivery on the next page for rush deliveries, but remember no PO Boxes on express deliveries!
- The Chop House and Connors Steak & Seafood gift cards are redeemable at all Chop House and Connors Steak & Seafood locations.
- Regas gift cards are specific to Regas and can be purchased by calling (865) 63-REGAS.
- Your credit card or check card statement will read "PayPal" or "Connor Concepts, Inc" for each transaction.
- One shipping address per order. If you are interested in shopping for multiple gift cards to to be sent to multiple addresses, please consider the following options: 1) Have them sent to your home or business to personalize them on your own, 2) repeat the process below for each shipping address, or 3) for large quantities of personalized cards, call us and place your order over the phone at (865) 777-2677 ext.11. We're more than happy to assist with your custom order!
- Steak seasoning orders (with or without a giftcard) will have additional shipping rates automatically added to the order at checkout.
- Feel free to visit any Chop House or Connors Steak & Seafood location to avoid paying shipping charges on your gift card and steak seasoning purchases (steak seasoning is only available at The Chop House).
